- Full property management

- Consulting and advisory services
- The specific services we provide to each property owner will be outlined in a separate agreement.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Property Owner Responsibilities

As a property owner, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your property.
Maintain your property in a safe and habitable condition.
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations governing short-term rentals.
Cooperate with us in providing access to your property for management and maintenance purposes.

4. Payments and Fees

Service fees for property management, maintenance, and any additional services will be outlined in a separate agreement between W.A.R. Strategy Consulting LLC and the property owner. You agree to pay all fees as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in the termination of services.

5. Property Management and Liability

While we strive to provide excellent property management services, W.A.R. Strategy Consulting LLC is not liable for:

- Any damages caused by guests to the property.
- Loss of rental income due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, local regulations).
- Property owner’s failure to maintain legal compliance with local short-term rental regulations.
- We will, however, make every effort to minimize these risks and manage issues promptly when they arise.

6. Cancellations and Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 90 Days written notice. In the event of cancellation, all pending payments for services rendered must be settled before termination is finalized.

7. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree not to:

- Use it for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Disrupt the website’s functionality.
- We reserve the right to terminate access to our website at our discretion if we suspect misuse.
